The citizens' association "Forum of Civil Action Forca" is a local partner of the program E2E - Education to Employment) in the municipality of Požega, Zlatibor and Moravica districts.
The association operates in the local community and is recognized as a local partner to all relevant institutions and organizations in both districts.
Within the E2E program, we are working towards improving the position of young people in the labor market by improving their career management skills, thus contributing to greater youth employment.
Also, within the program, we focus on the training we provide for sought-after and deficient occupations.
Services available to young people:
- Individual career counseling sessions
- Group sessions of informative character on employment opportunities and additional education
- “Real meetings” of young people with employers
- Career quiz to check abilities and interests
The services provided by the Forca Civil Action Forum under the E2E program are intended:
- Unemployed young people, up to 30 years of age
- Young people during secondary education, aged 15 to 19
- Companies, employers and youth training and internship providers
- Mentors in companies participating in the on-the-job training program
- Specially adapted support for young people from vulnerable, hard-to-employ categories of young people
During 2022, it is planned to open a Job Info Center in the premises of FORCA, which will support young unemployed people in the development of skills and knowledge that will facilitate their employment and further training.
