Mission and vision

The Education to Employment programme is a eight-year partnership project of two governments — Switzerland’s and Serbian — designed to create preconditions for a faster recruitment and youth employment.

The E2E brings together key stakeholders involved in youth employment from the Serbian Government, the private sector and the civil society and promotes their cooperation for a better positioning of youth in the labor market. The program promotes Swiss expertise for a labor market management adapted to the Serbian context. The aim is to achieve a better matching of the demand and the supply of work through the modernization of youth employment policies and the concrete competence development of young skilled labor demanded by the private sector through the promotion of work-based learning programmes.
