Phase III of the project, which began in 2024, is currently being implemented.

For the first two phases of the project (2016-2023), the Government of Switzerland contributed 16.9 million euros, and the Government of Serbia contributed an additional 13.8 million euros. In phase III, the Government of Switzerland allocated 6.9 million euros.
Contributions from both sides are not only made in cash, but also in time, expertise and other ways and means of support.
