Together, We Build a Stronger Support System for Youth and Companies

Belgrade, April 1, 2025: In the ever-evolving and demanding labor market environment, strategic networking and strengthening the capacities of local partners remain central pillars of the success of the “From Education to Employment” (E2E) project. In this spirit, we held a strategic workshop and meeting today with all local partners, including 13 organizations managing 11 Job Info Centers (JICs) across Serbia.

This marks the first time all partners have gathered in one place—further underscoring the growing strength and relevance of this network. Participants collaborated on strategic and operational topics, with particular emphasis on forming the Job Info Center Association, a joint platform aimed at advancing, improving, and advocating for career guidance and counseling (CGC) services—targeted both at beneficiaries and employers.

Sporazum koji osnažuje zajedničku viziju

A Cooperation Agreement that Strengthens a Shared Vision
A key milestone of this gathering was the signing of a cooperation agreement among all partner organizations. This document defines:

  • A joint vision and strategic goals for the Association,
  • The roles and responsibilities of each member within the future network,
  • Mechanisms for improving the quality and sustainability of CGC services,

A shared commitment to advocate for institutional and financial recognition of these services at local and national levels.

Adaptation, Innovation, and Exchange of Experience
In addition to strategic planning, the meeting also served as an opportunity to:

  • Review quarterly performance—achievements, challenges, and good practices,
  • Discuss how CGC services can be adapted to evolving labor market conditions and user needs,
  • Exchange experiences in using new tools and approaches in working with youth and companies.

Partnership with Inspira Group (Infostud): More Than a Job Platform
A dedicated segment of the meeting focused on expanding cooperation with Inspira Group (startuj.infostud.com). The goal is to create synergy in how we approach employers—through joint efforts, resource and tool integration, and developing tailored services for companies.

Next Steps: From a Network to an Association
This meeting was not just a moment of reflection—it marked a turning point for the further development of the Job Info Center network. With newly defined structures, clear objectives, and a reinforced commitment from partners, we envision a future where:

  • Career guidance services are available to a growing number of young people across more towns and municipalities,
  • Partnerships with companies are systemic and sustainable,
  • And the Job Info Center Association plays a key role in shaping and advocating public policies in the fields of employment and education.

Through partnership and dialogue, we are building a system that responds to the needs of today—and those of the future.
