
Strengthening career guidance in Serbia
E2E project supported establish the Job Info Center Association (JIC Association), a professional network of organizations that provide career guidance and counselling services (CGC) through a network of 11 Job Info Centers across Serbia.
JIC Association mission is to ensure that young people and adults have better access to career information, counselling and opportunities for professional development, while contributing to the development of a modern and sustainable career guidance system in Serbia.
What is the JIC Association
The JIC Association is a voluntary, non-governmental and non-profit alliance of organizations that provide career guidance and counselling services through 11 Job Info Centers.
The Association was established to:
- strengthen the professional network of career practitioners
- improve the quality and standards of career guidance services
- enable knowledge exchange among local partners
- contribute to policies and initiatives supporting employment and career development
- ensure long-term sustainability of career guidance services in local communities
