Social inclusion is a process in which, those with high poverty and social exclusion risk, are given the possibility and resources needed for participation in economic, social and cultural life, and achieving life standards and well-being they consider basic in the society they live in.
Social inclusion provides wider citizen participation in decision-making processes that are affecting their lives and realization of basic human rights.
The Education to Employment programme puts a special emphasis on working with socially sensitive/vulnerable groups. Our hope is to test and build a support system for employment that creates equal opportunities for everyone!
In local partner municipalities and cities our programme will continue testing different models of supporting socially sensitive/vulnerable groups. In particular: youth from rural areas, female victims of domestic violence, youth from Juvenile Correctional Facilities, Roma youth, and young people who have come to Serbia in the process of readmission.
