The Association Light is a local partner of the E2E program in the territory of the Mačva and Kolubara districts. The association is visible and recognized in the local community in the field of youth work through non-formal education and mobility programs, data collection and sharing, we do our best to address key concerns of young people, tackle complex issues faced by them, and work together with them to create a better community. In our work, we provide support to young people, share power, expand possibilities and challenge their professional and personal growth.
The vision of the Association Light within the E2E program is to become a modern service that provides support to the unemployed youth and hard-to-employ persons and employers.
Mission: The Association Light aims to develop and improve the employability of young people with special emphasis on hard-to-employ groups through efficient and effective mediation between stakeholders in the labor market.
Association Light is launching the Job Info Center Šabac, which will connect career guidance and counseling of young people with the needs of the labor market, in Macva and Kolubara districts, through networking with schools, the business and the civil sector.
We offer information to young people and hard-to-employ groups about opportunities for further education and training, about occupations/professions, about scholarships, mobility programs, help when applying for various programs, organize real meetings with employers, support them in understanding the culture of business and help them to develop soft skills.
We offer to employers advertising of job position through our communication channels, support in the preparation and implementation of training programs, support in collecting applications and selecting candidates, organizing interviews with candidates.
