As part of the Call for Employers that the E2E project is implementing in targeted locations, interested companies are expressing the need to organize work based learning training for young jobseekers.
Through the mentioned support program, the process of selection, training (or preparation) and hiring new employees is facilitated for employers, and young people get the desired employment.
Work based learning trainings enable young people to acquire the knowledge and skills they need to be prepared to do their job completely independently and become equal employees in companies for the occupations for which they are being trained.
