E2E supports the MoLEVSA in preparation of ex-post and ex-ante analyses of the effects of the Law on Employment and Unemployment Insurance and the Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities. Both laws have been in force since 2009, and despite numerous changes that have been made in the meantime, it is necessary to determine whether they still respond to the needs of current challenges, conditions, and trends in the field of employment policy or whether they need to be changed, what is the extent of possible changes and in which direction the changes should be created.
