- Implementation of career guidance and counseling services standards
From 2020, E2E organizes trainings for the provision of career guidance and counseling services (KViS) in accordance with the standards established in the Rulebook on the Standards of Career Guidance and Counseling Services, for employees of the National Employment Service, employment agencies and civil society organizations, which more than 100 participants are involved. From 2023, these standards will be implemented in internal work procedures and internal training of NES employees.
- Establishment of JPOA accreditation process for CGC services
NIRAS supports the establishment of the JPOA accreditation process for CGC services. NIRAS representatives were members of the intersectoral working group established by AoQ. During 2022, procedures and instruments were developed, as well as criteria for evaluating the program, Instructions for future applicants for JPOA status for CGC services were prepared. This WG will continue its work in 2023 on the further development of the competencies of CGC practitioners.
