Working Together to Advance Career Guidance and Counseling Services

Belgrade, October 23, 2025 – A two-day workshop titled “Enhancing Career Guidance and Counseling (CGC) Services in Job Info Centers” was organized in Belgrade by the “From Education to Employment” (E2E) project. for career practicioners. The event brought together career practitioners from across Serbia to exchange experiences and strengthen the quality of services provided to young people and adults.
Through interactive sessions, peer support and intervision participants explored real-life challenges and ethical dilemmas in career counseling practice, focusing on improving the accessibility and quality of CGC services. Discussions also led to the establishment of a professional body within the Association, aimed at promoting standardization, knowledge exchange, and continuous professional development among practitioners.
The event concluded with the General Assembly of the Job Info Center Association of Serbia, where members adopted the Management Board’s activity report for the July–October 2025 period, defined the annual membership fee, and approved the Association’s work plan and priorities for 2026.
