Strengthening of career guidance and counselling system in Serbia

Belgrade: We are pleased to announce a new strategic partnership to advance career guidance and counselling (CGC) services across Serbia. Through a recently signed cooperation agreement between the Office for Dual Education and the National Qualifications Framework and NIRAS Germany GmbH, the E2E project is set to provide enhanced CGC resources, supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.

This collaboration, formalized by Prof Gabrijela Grujić PhD, Director of the Office for Dual Education, and E2E Project Director Oliver Streit, will focus on delivering quality career guidance tools accessible to all citizens. By developing a CGC Portal, this initiative enables students, teachers, and career practitioners to access a range of innovative CGC tools as the latest assessment tests, creating a strong support network for informed career decision-making. This portal will also allow career practitioners to update their skills and stay current with best practices, supporting individuals in finding their own career path and remain competitive and adaptable in today’s job market.
