Association Svetlost is a local partner of the E2E program on the territory of Mačvan and Kolubara districts. The association is visible and recognized in the local community for its activities in the field of youth work through programs of informal education and mobility, collection and distribution of data, providing support to young people in the challenges they face and networked activities to create a better quality of life in the community. In our work, we support young people, share strengths, increase opportunities and encourage their professional and personal development.
The vision of the Association Svetlost through the E2E program is to become a modern service that provides services to unemployed youth, hard-to-employ groups and employers.
Mission: The Svetlost Association aims to develop and improve the employability of young people with a special emphasis on the more difficult to employ groups through efficient and effective mediation between actors on the labor market.
Association Svetlost is launching the Job Info Center Šabac, which will connect career guidance and counseling of young people with the needs of the labor market, in Mačvan and Kolubara districts, through networking with schools, the economy and the civil sector.
We offer young people and people from hard-to-employ groups information about the possibilities of further education and training, about occupations/professions, about scholarships, mobility programs, help when applying for various programs, we give advice through real meetings with employers, we help in understanding the culture of business and we help in to the development of soft skills.
We offer employers advertising of job vacancies through our communication channels, support in the preparation and implementation of training programs, support in collecting applications and selecting candidates, organizing interviews with candidates.
