The First Steering Committee Meeting of Phase III of the “From Education to Employment” Project Held

Belgrade: Today, the first Steering Committee meeting of Phase III of the Swiss-Serbian project “From Education to Employment” (E2E) was held at the premises of the National Academy for Public Administration. The meeting brought together representatives from the Swiss Cooperation Office, the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs, the Office for Dual Education and the National Qualifications Framework, the National Employment Service, the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, the Qualifications Agency, the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities, and project implementers NIRAS.

The meeting was co-chaired by Dragica Ivanović from the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs and Katrin Ochsenbein from the Swiss Office for Cooperation.

During the meeting, the main expected outcomes of Phase III were presented, along with an activity plan for the upcoming period. The discussion focused on coordinating the activities of all partner institutions in line with the priority areas relevant to the labor market and the goals of the E2E project for 2025.

Each partner institution briefly presented its key activities for the upcoming year, emphasizing the importance of mutual cooperation and support.

Following the meeting, participants had the opportunity to experience an innovative tool developed within the project – VR goggles for career information, designed to provide young people with an engaging and interactive way to explore various professions.

The “From Education to Employment” project remains committed to strengthening the connection between education and the labour market through continuous collaboration with institutions sharing the same objectives.
