The accredited Regional Development Agency for Spatial and Economic Development for Raski and Moravicki Districts was founded in 2008 with the aim of unifying the needs of the Raski and Moravicki Districts in the process of planning and implementing development activities, with the support of the Program for the Development of Municipalities in Southwest Serbia UNDP PRO (financed by the European Union and the Swiss government). The founders of the RDA are the cities of Kraljevo and Cacak, the municipalities of Vrnjacka Banja, Raska and Ivanjica, the NGO IDA and the Regionala chember of commerce for of Moravicki and Rasi administrative districts.

The RDA, with the support of the Ministry of Economy and through contracts with partner institutions, implements numerous programs aimed at improving the competitiveness of the business sector, developing entrepreneurial initiatives, encouraging employment and other aspects of the socio-economic development of Raški and Moravicki districts.

Also, a big part of the RDA activities is directed towards the preparation and implementation of projects financed by various donor organizations: Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia, SDC, USAID, UNDP, UNOPS/EU PRO, GIZ, JICA, HELP, DRC and many others.

An important component of our portfolio is support in strategic planning, both to the founders and to all other interested parties.

RDA is a local partner of E2E and provides the following services on the territory of Raski and Moravicki districts:

  • Individual and group career guidance and counseling;
  • Informing about available trainings, vacancies and specific occupations;
  • Support in active job search and employment;
  • Informing employers about current public calls;
  • Connecting employers and job candidates.

To whom our services are intended:

  • Unemployed people aged 15 to 30;
  • High school students, final grade students in primary schools and students;
  • Companies and their employees;
  • Mentors in companies participating in the programs;
  • Sensitive and socially vulnerable categories.
