Empowering Companies Through Tailored Training Initiatives

In the third phase of the Education to Employment (E2E) program, we are proud to support companies in enhancing their internal training processes and in recruiting qualified talent. Drawing on extensive experience, expert knowledge, and a broad network of partners across Serbia, the program enables the development and implementation of customized training solutions that address each company’s unique challenges.

Interventions in Focus

Within Intervention Area 2, two strategic collaborations have recently been initiated with companies, each tailored to meet the specific needs of a company and its workforce:

  • Ergonomics Training at LISCA Babušnica
    At LISCA Babušnica, improving productivity and reducing employee absenteeism have been identified as top priorities. In response, E2E has partnered with SE-ERGO to deliver comprehensive ergonomics training for team leaders and key staff. This initiative aims to improve workplace safety, reduce physical strain, and boost overall efficiency—ultimately contributing to better business outcomes.
  • Soft Skills & Conflict Resolution Training at Eurotay, Kraljevo
    At Eurotay, Kraljevo, a second intervention is focused on strengthening communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills among lower management. In partnership with INSPIRE, E2E is supporting the implementation of targeted training that integrates soft skills development into daily operations. The training aims to create a more collaborative and productive work culture by addressing existing workplace dynamics.

Long-Term Impact for Over 200 Employees By 2028, these interventions are expected to equip over 200 employees with valuable skills – ranging from ergonomic workplace practices to fostering healthier team dynamics. By integrating these training solutions into company structures, businesses will be better equipped to tackle internal challenges and sustain long-term improvements.

Furthermore, a continued partnership with Job Info Centers from Pirot and Kraljevo ensures that companies receive ongoing support in workforce recruitment and internal talent development. This collaboration enables businesses to better identify and promote existing talent, contributing to a stable and qualified workforce for the future.

With these initiatives, companies are not only addressing immediate training needs but also building sustainable systems for workforce development. By improving employee skills, work conditions, and internal communication, these efforts contribute to a more productive and efficient work environment.
