Building Company Capacities Through Training: A Case from Kraljevo

The “Education to Employment” (E2E) project continues to provide valuable support to Serbian companies in strengthening their internal employee training systems. A recent example comes from Kraljevo, where the company Eurotay, with the support of E2E, has launched a series of capacity-building trainings.

Last weeks, two groups of production supervisors successfully completed soft skills training — focused on communication, leadership, and problem-solving — crucial competencies for effective team coordination and performance. The trainings were led by experienced professionals: Miloš Tomanović from Finspire and psychologist Luka Jadrijević Mladar.

Next steps are already in motion: upcoming sessions will focus on enhancing internal HR capacities, aiming to build a sustainable internal learning system.
