Strengthening the CGC Ecosystem: E2E and the Qualifications Agency Brought School Teams Together in Pirot
Pirot, 4 December 2025 – The Education to Employment (E2E) project, the Qualifications Agency and JOB Info Center Association jointly organized a professional event dedicated to enhancing career guidance and counselling (CGC) systems within schools across the Pirot region.
Held at the Ana Lux Spa Hotel, the event focused on equipping school CGC teams with practical tools, ethical standards and methods that improve support for young people as they navigate education and career decisions.
During the opening session, participants were introduced to the JOB Info Center and the newly established JOB Info Center Association, which demonstrated how E2E-developed tools and methodologies can strengthen school-based CGC services.
Key topics included:
- Ethical Principles in CGC, supporting professional and high-quality service provision;
- Exchange of experiences and good practices among school teams;
- Hands-on work with selected CGC tools, guided by practitioners;
- Guidelines for School CGC Teams, offering a structured framework for improving career guidance in education.
The event is part of the Swiss–Serbian efforts to support accessible, coordinated and modern CGC services that help young people make informed decisions about their future.
