Strengthening the Career Guidance and Counselling Ecosystem:E2E and the Qualifications Agency Gather Practitioners in Čačak
Čačak, 20 November 2025 – The Education to Employment (E2E) project and the Qualifications Agency of the Republic of Serbia successfully held an event in Čačak today dedicated to strengthening the Career Guidance and Counselling (CGC/KViS) system, as part of the Global Career Guidance Month. Under the title “The Career Guidance and Counselling Ecosystem – Connecting Different Systems”, the event brought together representatives of schools, the National Employment Service, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, the business sector, Job Info Centres, and other institutions.

The event took place at the Centre for Professional Development in Čačak and featured a rich four-hour programme – from opening remarks and examples of successful local cooperation between different actors, to active discussions and parallel workshops. Participants jointly explored how various systems – education, employment, and the private sector – can better coordinate their efforts and provide young people and adults with high-quality support in making informed decisions about education, training, and employment.

During the event, the Professional Guidelines for School Career Guidance Teams and the newly developed Ethical Principles in Career Guidance and Counselling were presented, both aimed at further professionalising practice and ensuring a high standard of service quality for beneficiaries.
