E2E and JIC Association Join the Global Career Month Initiative to Strengthen Serbia’s CGC Ecosystem
Throughout November 4–26, 2025, the Global Career Month brings together organizations, experts, and practitioners from across the world to celebrate and advance career guidance and counselling (CGC). Led by several international institutions (Cedefop, the European Commission, ETF, ILO, OECD, UNESCO and World Bank) dedicated to lifelong guidance, the initiative promotes dialogue on the importance of effective CGC services in helping people of all ages make informed career, education, and training choices.
As part of this global movement, the E2E project and Job Info centers will organize a series of events and workshops in cooperation with its local and national partners, focusing on strengthening and promoting the CGC ecosystem in Serbia. These events will highlight innovative tools, good practices, and collaborative approaches that enhance the quality and accessibility of career services.

Among the activities, E2E will host with Qualifications Agency regional workshop in Čačak (November 20) and engaging career practitioners, educators, and local stakeholders in discussions on how to expand and sustain career guidance services that effectively support both youth and adults on their pathways to employment.
Furthermore, together with the City of Pirot, the E2E will hold an event (November 24) to promote sustainable provision of career guidance and counselling services and to advocate for their institutionalization at the local level.
By joining the Global Career Month, E2E reinforces its commitment to building a sustainable and high-quality CGC system in Serbia—one that connects education and the labour market and helps individuals navigate their careers in an ever-changing world of work.
