Carier guidance and counseling policies

E2E supports the Office for Dual Education and the National Qualifications Framework, as well as the Qualifications Agency, in further development of career guidance and counseling (CGC) system through:

  • Development of a national CGC portal in cooperation with all relevant institutions (the Office for Dual Education and the National Qualifications Framework, the Qualification Agency, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs and the National Employment Service) with the aim of supporting career practitioners from schools, employment agencies, civil society organizations, as well as beneficiaries of CGC services (youth and adults). 
  • Development of the ethical code of career practitioners 
  • Supporting dialogue, promotion, and training of key partners (the National Qualifications Framework Council and other institutions at local and national levels). 
  • Improving the quality of work of career practitioners in various sectors (Employment services/agencies, CGC school teams)
