Carier guidance and counseling policies
- E2E supports the Office for Dual Education and the National Qualifications Framework, as well as the Qualifications Agency, in establishing a system for coordinating career guidance and counseling (CGC) activities through:
- Development of a national CGC portal in cooperation with all relevant institutions (Office for Dual Education and the National Qualifications Framework, Qualifications Agency, Ministry of Education, National Employment Service) aimed at supporting career practitioners from schools, associations, employment agencies, as well as end-users of CGC services (youth and adults).
- Supporting dialogue, promotion, and training of key partners (the National Qualifications Framework Council and other institutions at local and national levels).
- Support for career teams in schools through the development of a digital guide for CGC, as well as for other career practitioners from various systems through the development of a code of ethics.
